No previous collection experience is necessary as all on the job training will be provided.
National Collection Services is an award-winning debt collection agency specialising in delivering debt recovery services to a broad range of clients, from manufacturing to insurance and everything in between. We work with some of the biggest names in Australia, as well as supporting small to medium businesses in protecting their cash flow.

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Insurance & Consumer Collections Officers to join the team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred.
- Someone who is results and detail orientated.
- Has the ability to work autonomously alongside a supportive team.
- Manage a large flow of incoming and outgoing communications.
- Remaining cool, calm and compliant under pressure.
- Looking to grow within this profession, we care about our people and their careers, and have a focus on training and career advancement opportunities.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Work from home every Friday (once probation is completed)
- CBD office location close to train and bus stations.
- Your own dedicated workstation.
- Full time position.
ROLE DETAILS
- Negotiating payment for outstanding Insurance claims.
- Assisting third parties in hardship to resolve their outstanding accounts.
- Locating consumers through internal, external search engines and social media (a very interesting and fun part of the role).
- Listening to and understanding specific circumstances with a non-biased approach towards both parties.
- Liaising with the client to resolve disputes.
- Working within company and government guidelines to resolve outstanding accounts (training will be provided)
