We are looking to find the next Customer Service Officer Trainees to work out of the Tuggerah business park office. The trainees will report to the Sales and Service Manager.
During the traineeship you will complete a Certificate III in Financial Services within the first year and a Certificate IV in Financial Services during the second year of employment. You will receive complete training to give you a good foundation for a long term career.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handling incoming customer calls regarding:
- Payments
- Quoting
- Lodging a claim or requesting an update
- General enquires
- Other office administration roles
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail documents
Skills and behaviours:
- Can do attitude
- Able to work within a team environment or independently once adequately trained
- Customer service experience is desirable but not required
