Role
Due to growth, this is an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Associate or Senior Associate. You will be seeking to specialise in the construction and engineering space. The role will see you advising local and international insurers on claims against building and construction professionals including a range of principals, consultants and contractors. You will also advise on coverage issues for various types of insurance including professional indemnity, annual design and construct, project-specific and contract works policies. Further, you will enjoy acting as defence counsel for construction professionals and contractors in a variety of complex, multi-party disputes.
