GLA has access to the experience and expertise of Munich Re (Group) to facilitate the research and development of niche programmes for our clients.You will report to the System and Data Manager, GLA.Your Role
- Perform accurate recording of all claims, policy and premium information on bordereau for Corporate business on a monthly basis
- Process MGA Written, Claims and Premium bordereaux within agreed service standards on a monthly basis
- Maintain high standard of data integrity for allocated for MGA and Corporate portfolios
- Liaise with Claims team, Operations and Systems Team members and MGAs to identify and address client data integrity issues or internal procedural errors
- Respond to client and internal enquiries relating to policy, claims data and reports. Build relationships with appropriate client contacts
- General Insurance qualifications or Tertiary qualifications in a related area
- Experience in General/Direct Insurance claims/premium administration
- Advanced MS office suite skills (in particular Excel at intermediate to advanced level)
