The Opportunity

This role is key to the success of our team and ensuring client satisfaction.

 

You will be tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer Insurance Policy renewals, whilst working closely with our Insurance Brokers and have exposure to a broad client portfolio.

  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in Insurance Policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

 

About You

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has superior customer service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

 

Additionally, you will relate to the following:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
  • Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
  • Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
