OUR TEAMOur Explosive Ordnance Systems team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. YOUR ROLELocated in sunny Townsville, on Bindal and Wulgurukaba land, your role purpose will be
- Ensuring accurate operation of the electronic and manual inventory stock management system
- Instruct and train staff as required and to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Planning and controlling work activities, including resource allocation and time management
- Maintain all Technical Publications relevant to the operation of the Inventory Office
- Building & maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety
YOUR EXPERIENCE- Relevant Team Leadership qualifications and experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Experience within the defence environment would be highly advantageous
