The Role:
- Full-time position
- Reporting directly to our North QLD Construction Manager
- Estimating and managing small, medium and large insurance repairs
- Utilising industry leading technology to deliver exceptional results
- Requires a high level of customer service, communication and computer skills
- Includes an attractive salary, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform and industry based equipment
- Insurance industry training will be provided however previous experience will be advantageous
- Carpentry trade preferred but not essential
- QBCC licence OR Cert IV in Building & Construction essential
- Experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs
- A working knowledge of the NCC, & solid knowledge of WH&S
- Excellent communication skills
- High-level computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
- An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of highly successful, KPI driven team
- A strong commitment to safety
