Are you a content marketing and campaigns leader with a passion for building high performing teams and developing great talent? Are you creative, strategic, collaborative and great with stakeholders? Partnering with the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing & Engagement, you'll develop tiered, university-wide platforms, content strategies, and targeted campaigns for key markets.
This role is all about collaboration, working with colleagues to launch and manage content and campaigns across the University. You'll master the platforms and channels that connect us with diverse audiences, using data-driven insights to achieve stellar brand and reputation results. Ready to make an impact?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver and maintain a tiered communications messaging framework and associated content strategy and plan to help bring the university's brand, education, research and faculty amplification strategies to life.
- Lead the development, execution and evaluation of Integrated Content and campaigns as required.
- Deliver and maintain an annual calendar of major positioning and communications initiatives to enable effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
- Work with colleagues across the University to drive an integrated editorial approach to position the University's global leadership

You will also have:
- Extensive work experience within a relevant marketing and communications field and tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, finance, business or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Marketing experience in a similar role within a large complex environment, developing and implementing strategic brand marketing and content strategies to effectively engage audiences.
- Expertise in Integrated Content development and execution strategies, including digital media platforms. Deep experience leveraging constituent insights to contribute to the development of differentiated brand awareness and positioning programs
