About The Role:

This is a mid-senior position, 100% remote.

PX’s Lead Campaign Strategist role is for you if you have an amazing ability to listen to a client's business problems, analyse the problems and growth opportunities, create an effective strategy and execute it to a successful outcome. 

You’ll work with clients from Day 0, truly understand their goals and challenges, and create a strategy to help them grow their business.

You’ll lead the execution of that strategy. You’ll be able to pair the traffic, and post click (funnel) strategy together to create a seamless campaign strategy that actually gets client results. To do this, you’ll work with the traffic team and the founders as a campaign team to determine the best strategy to hit the client’s goals. 

You’ll be the one responsible for coming up with the offers, the messages to test, the landing page strategy, funnel strategy… then you’ll oversee the delivery team, making sure that things like the ad copy & creative is up to standard, and the client launches within deadlines.

Once your campaign goes live, you’ll then continue to work on the campaign with the traffic team and continuously run split tests to get the most out of a client’s budget and keep improving results. 

Your goal is to turn every client into a case study! 

About You: 
  • You might be a media buyer who wants to get out of the day to day and upskill in strategy & stakeholder management
  • You may have been freelancing for a while (but you’re over having to get your own clients every month!) and looking for predictable work, or ready to work with an A-player team again
  • You may be coming off of maternity leave and want PT or FT hours, and to have consistent work flow in a fun company (where you can flex your brain and not get bored!)
  • You might have a deep knowledge and experience in direct response copy, media buying, funnels, account management… and want to expand your skill set and be coached to the next level
  • You may be in another agency and you love the agency life, but want to work in an ethical agency that actually cares about client results
  • You’re committed to constant personal and professional growth, never settling for anything less than the best. 
  • You’re not afraid to fail, and understand that marketing is about iterating and learning from failures. 
  • You have minimum 1-2+ years agency experience (or equivalent freelancing), and know how to handle 10+ clients at once
  • You would consider yourself a mid-senior level marketer
  • You love direct response copy, and have (at least) a basic skill set to write copy
  • You understand how to read data, tell a story with the data to create valuable insights, and create action plans from the insights
  • You understand traffic & funnels, you can set a strategy to hit a business’ goals, and can oversee a team of specialists (like designers, traffic specialists) to achieve that goal
  • You have experience handling clients and you can set & manage their expectations, as well as explain results to them 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Client Funnel & Campaign Strategy: you’ll be creating funnel & campaign strategies that are a client’s game plan to take traffic (aka ‘the click’) and convert that click into a high quality lead. You’ll know how to create offers, landing page strategy, funnel strategies, lead magnets, emails nurture strategy
  • Direct Response Copywriting: There will be some copy skills needed and you may be needed to jump in and write copy for your accounts, such as being able to write a headlines split test, or an email. Ultimately you need to be able to know what makes great direct response copy.
  • Run the traffic, or manage the team who runs traffic: This depends on your skills/goals, and we job craft for each person! 
  • Create 90 day Growth Plans: & find opportunities to grow the client's account
  • Create & run CRO testing program: Critically analyse quantitative and qualitative data, create your hypothesis to test, and continuously run split tests to get better results for clients! 
  • Implement any technical setups for clients: eg CRM builds or integrate Unbounce. We do have VAs who can assist you with this. 
  • The ultimate goal is the retention of the clients in your portfolio, and you will be measured on your retention rate, and your ability to turn a client into an ah-mazing case study!

  • The Right Role For You: We job craft roles to match what the business needs, with the candidate's experience and goals. We aren’t a big churn and burn agency, and we’re looking to find the right people to bring on
  • Hours: We are open to part time / full time hours and contractors. We are more focussed on finding the right people!
  • Location: We are a fully remote agency. The founders travel full time, and it’s cool for you to do that too! Our team members are from around the world, and we make sure we have time where the team overlaps. Some roles need to have more client overlap time than others
  • Professional Development: We are big on professional development, and you’ll be coached by both founders, have access to the PX courses, all the courses we have ever bought (it’s a lot!), and additional coaching or programs as needed. We believe our team are assets to invest in
  • Report To: You will report directly to the CEO & Founder, Alisha Conlin-Hurd

  • We are in our 3rd year of business. Our agency is a traffic & funnels agency who runs Meta ads, and Google ads for service based businesses. We don’t work in eCommerce or Info products. We just work with established businesses (who sell ethical services) that need high quality leads for a hungry sales team!
