Loyalty Campaign Manager

Looking for that next step in your Loyalty Marketing career? In this exciting newly created role you’ll manage a range of Marketing and Communications campaign end-to-end at one of Australia’s most highly awarded Loyalty agencies.Working with a blue-chip client list, you’ll help map out the strategy and then develop and deliver campaigns. Taking an advisory role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand and scope the business problem, and make recommendations on the optimal marketing solution. Collaborating closely with a Designer, you’ll then create and implement campaigns, mainly across email, CRM and digital. The role is hands-on and includes briefing, campaign development, reporting and project management. It’s a fast-paced, busy role offering lots of diversity and interesting challenges.Ideally your background will include at least four years’ experience in the Loyalty, Rewards or Advertising space, and you’ll be able to work autonomously managing campaigns. You should be very comfortable with technology, have good creative instincts and know how to nurture strong client relationships. You’ll need to be confident, articulate and able to build trust.This is such a brilliant agency with a very strong profile in the Loyalty industry, and is growing rapidly. Headed by well-respected Loyalty leaders, with an inclusive, open and down-to-earth culture. The agency has been set up as a remote model, although you may need to be on-site with clients.
