The RoleAs the Integrated Planning and Performance Coordinator you will:Be responsible for the development and delivery of City of Ballarat's corporate Planning and reporting function, including the key strategies such as the Community Vision, Council Plan, Annual Action Plan, Departmental Business Planning, Annual Report, organisational reporting and data/metrics collection and analysis.Ensure City of Ballarat's strategic planning is integrated effectively, transparent and focused on delivering outcomes. Lead a small team to ensure effective Planning and reporting outcomes are delivered for the organisation in line with legislative frameworks.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have substantial relevant experience, with tertiary qualifications in business management or relevant field in a local/State government organisation.You will have demonstrated experience in business Planning and Performance reporting.You will also be able to lead the development, implementation, and review of strategies in consultation with stakeholders and have highly developed written and oral communication skills including report writing and problem-solving skills.For YouWorking at the City of Ballarat, you will be rewarded with flexible working arrangements and work/life balance, attractive salary, study assistance programs, discounted gym memberships and an encouraging and supportive work environment.
