One of Australia's leading Financial Planning firms is looking for a professional and well-presented Client Service Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Contacting insurance companies and fund managers to gather information about clients existing products
- Requesting, collating and reviewing information from existing and new clients
- Maintaining CRM to ensure our database is accurate and complete
- Responding to ad hoc questions and requests from clients
- Following up platform providers (Macquarie), insurance companies and fund managers to ensure client requests/activities are completed correctly and quickly
- Liaising with internal team members to gather information to complete a client review
- Following up requests from clients in a timely and professional manner
- General administration to help team members.
Skills needed:
- Financial Planning experience is essential
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Enthusiasm to help our clients as much as possible – no request is too small or intrusive
- Passion to be in a successful team environment
- Passion for advancing our cause – which is to do anything to help our clients achieve their lifestyle and financial goals
- Professional demeanour, reliable and hard working
- Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
- Competent technology e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
