The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production of creative ATL & BTL projects from concept through to rollout across touch-points including TV + streaming channels, radio, OOH, events + activations, social + digital channels.This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Act as the main point of contact between creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Align with Workflow Administrator to allocate resources based on project requirements
- Monitor team workloads and adjust assignments to balance workloads and meet project deadlines
- Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations
- Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively
- Have an extensive network of contacts within the production industry, including production houses, talent, photographers, videographers, directors, and other production professionals.Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and project management within a creative or agency environment
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with creative production processes, including design, copywriting, video production, and digital marketing.Personal Attributes:- Detail-oriented and highly organised
