We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Integrated Producer to join our talented and diverse team. You will help manage and successfully produce campaigns to the highest standards, whether producing your own projects or assisting other members of the production team on theirs.
You will be managing projects according to best-practice delivery management from briefing through to scoping and development, to quality control and post deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximizing agency revenue.

In this role, we might spot you:
- Working on a wide and varied array of production jobs across multiple touchpoints - including broadcast, radio, digital, print, film and social.
- Championing best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all your projects, from briefing to scoping and development, to post campaign analysis. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, to the highest level of craft.
- Being on top of financial management, including budgeting, estimating, raising purchase orders, managing the approval of invoices, and tracking all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets.
- Working collaboratively with Creative and Account teams on projects, as well as other members of the production team to deliver and support on bigger productions
- Pro-actively contributing to and helping maintain the agency database of best-in-class specialist vendors/contacts (creative, production and technical vendors).
- Maintaining a high work ethic, attention to detail, proactivity, and initiative
- Assisting our Account Leads and Creatives with dealing with clients on production issues that may arise, pro-actively consulting with more senior members of the team on the best way forward and communicating the agency point of view.
- 2+ years' experience in a Production role at a creative agency or production company
- Strong organization skills, with great attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with a passion for all things production and a strong interest in developing a career in fully integrated production management.
- You will have excellent communication and literacy skills as well as a flair for numbers and are able to manage relationships across a variety of skill levels
- You will have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- You are a go-getter, have oodles of initiative and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You are constantly striving to learn and grow.
