About the job
We require an Integrated Producer with an agency background and a passion for production and project management to join our thriving team.
You’ll get to deliver the best creative and omni-channel outputs for integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across a variety of channels.
The role is to:
• Manage medium to large integrated campaign projects for Google Global across multi-channel outputs delivering Video, Display, Social, Search, Print and Experiential.
• Managing multiple projects from end-to-end, including discovery, SOW and requirements documentation, estimating, timeline management, resourcing, budget management, and project status reporting.
• Managing delivery approach for complex multi-disciplinary workstreams; project timelines and budgets for single projects and also program level portfolios or products (handling multiple workstream dependencies).
• Attend and support shoot production as required.
• Art buying and creative license negotiation.
• Manage post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout.
Skills you’ll need:
• 3-4 years experience as an Integrated Producer from an agency background
• First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Expertise in internal and external people and stakeholder management, forward planning, and relentlessly solutions-focused.
• Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new tools
• To be eager to grow and expand your production skills
• To follow robust Production processes with the aim of delivering all your projects on time, on budget, and to the highest production value possible for the scope of the project.
• Strong creative problem-solving and organisational skills
• Experience with workflow management tools such as JIRA, WorkBook, Frame IO, and Figma is a plus.
