Join a prominent player in the education industry as an Integration Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between key systems, enabling seamless business operations. As part of the product engineering team, you'll focus on developing and maintaining integrations across various platforms, with a primary emphasis on integrating with their core student management system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage tasks independently within established frameworks, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 + years of application development experience using TypeScript, Node.js and AWS.
- Understanding of integration concepts and patterns such as XML schemas, SOAP, and microservices.
- Knowledge of SQL and other server-side languages.
- Familiarity with integration systems and data streaming technologies.
- Ability to grasp complex architectural environments and work independently.
- Designing, coding, testing, and documenting software according to specifications and standards, with a focus on integration solutions.
- Applying expertise in database concepts, object and data modeling, and design principles to ensure effective integration solutions.
- Collaborating within a team to design system components and ensure accessibility, retrievability, security, and ethical data handling.
- Creating and executing test cases and scripts, mapping back to predetermined criteria.
- Engaging with users/stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
