The key duties of the position include
- Helping ensure that ACIC intelligence products disclosed externally meet corporate quality standards and all appropriate approvals have been obtained.
- Registering and managing responses for requests for intelligence-related information (RFI).
- Maintaining a register of intelligence products received for external partner agencies and the internal dissemination and corporate filing of such reports.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders through phone, written communication and in person interactions.
- Ensuring precision in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and streamlining administrative processes.

- Supports inter-disciplinary and inter-agency liaison to maintain productive networks and to promote information sharing, partnerships and common understanding.
