- Operate a 9 day fortnight with every 2nd Friday off!
- Up to an additional 12 days leave based on tenure, as well as your Birthday off plus 2 RDOs per annum

About The Role
They are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join their Business Services & Tax team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive accounting and tax solutions to their clients. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and reports for a variety of clients
- Conduct tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses
- Assist in the preparation of income tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate)
- Perform bookkeeping and payroll duties as required
- Provide advisory services to clients on financial and tax matters
- Collaborate with senior accountants and partners on complex tax issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and accounting standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Commenced or looking to commence CA or CPA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in Business Services and tax
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
