Your Responsibilities
You will be involved with developing relationships with your allocated clients by managing their accounting and payroll, including:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero
- Processing pays using Xero Payroll
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Responding to any queries, escalating where necessary to ensure a timely and accurate response
- Supporting senior team members with the preparation of client lodgment obligations and insightful management information
- Ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience in every interaction
- 1+ year of accounting experience.
- Australian education.
- Proficiency in MYOB.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Enjoy working in a small but growing team, focused on delivering to their clients.
- Be passionate about the customer, you will be passionate about the SME market & how we can change the landscape & stresses that come with finance. You may potentially have a desire to work closer to the clients as you continue to progress & grow.
