About the Opportunity:
A prominent firm is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to bolster their Business Services and Tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with several years of experience within an Australian accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Preparations of IAS, BAS and FBT returns
- Preparation of financial statement and tax returns & Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
- Liaison with the ATO
- Preparation of clients financial records
- Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills
Requirements:
- 12 months + of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
- Willing to complete to CA/CPA Studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join client meetings
- Exposure to the agricultural sector
