We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and driven Internal Account Manager to join our friendly, supportive and successful team.
Action Labels & Nameplates is an Australian owned, long-established manufacturer of Nameplates, Labels, Signage and Durable Graphic products with a rich history spanning over 75 years.
Based in Reservoir, Action Labels & Nameplates are the leading experts in full colour label printing. We manufacture custom designed labels, stickers, tags and ticket printing in any shape, size and colour for various customer applications
This is a permanent, office based, full time position where you will be provided with a terrific opportunity to put your exceptional account management and/or label manufacturing experience and skills into action, building strong relationships with an established customer base to drive performance and sales. Proven experience in a similar Account Management role and/or label manufacturing business is essential.
You will be responsible for managing the retention and growth of a portfolio of existing customers to maximise their long-term value, proactively seeking new business opportunities within your customer base.
Additional Key Responsibilities for the Role:
- Performing as a true business partner for all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, based on trust and respect.
- Providing complete customer account management, providing the total customer solution and experience.
- Understanding the needs of each account customer and create solutions to meet / exceed their needs.
- Communicating regularly with customers to understand their needs and explain product value, ensuring satisfaction by keeping customers informed about new products or services that might be of interest.
- Identifying industry trends and maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services with the view to support accounts.
- Maintaining a thorough technical understanding of printing methods and product options to further assist and support account customers.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and further retain customers
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfilment.
- Implementing a purposeful call planning cycle.
- Keeping accurate records and sharing solid information using internal systems
- Acting as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Supporting the overall strategy for assigned accounts, incorporating business account goals and objectives.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have strong customer service skills and proven results in account management or in another role within the label manufacturing industry. You will work collaboratively with the sales, estimations, production and customer service teams and enjoy working in a fun, collaborative and supportive environment. Your resilience, outstanding communication and time-management skills, together with your ability to work under pressure and multi-task is paramount to success in this role.
