- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key resellers via phone email and occasionally in person.
- Identify, build and develop resellers to have multi-product capability (i.e. cross sell)
- Meet and exceed set gross profit targets
- Actively manage sales pipeline and support BDM
- Ensure the dissemination of product and promotional information to resellers
- Be the primary contact for our defined resellers.
- Generate accurate quotes within defined SLAs
- 3 + years of sales experience with a track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling technology products and software, ideally conferencing solutions
- Results-oriented with an ability to take ownership of the region
- A winning mentality and experience in high-volume query management.
- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of working autonomously
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to present data and information to engage with the audience.
- Prior knowledge of managing queries for a B2B set up is mandatory.
