An extraordinary opportunity awaits a dynamic Internal Account Representative (IAR) to join our team. As an IAR, you'll be instrumental in ensuring sales coverage across our expanding Tindo Partner network, driving profitable revenue objectives through Tindo Authorised Distribution.
You will have the privilege of representing Australia's sole manufacturer of Solar PV Modules,situated in the heart of Technology Park in Mawson Lakes SA, our cutting-edge facility sets us apart from the competition, offering a state-of-the-art manufacturing advantage that enhances the value proposition of our Australian-made solar panels.
Role Overview: Reporting directly to our Head of Wholesales, you will assume responsibility for qualifying prospective reseller partners across Australia, and then working with them to drive revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new and existing Tindo Solar Reseller partners.
- Understand the Tindo Solar product portfolio and reseller partner business propositions.
- Actively engage with key decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
- Guide qualified opportunities from identification to successful activation.
- Support a portfolio of qualified reseller partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Facilitate technical design reviews for qualified opportunities.
- Coordinate customer satisfaction escalations to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Channel market insights internally to enrich product positioning and drive strategic imperatives.
- Evaluate partner effectiveness against predefined metrics.
- Deliver periodic reports furnishing comprehensive insights into sales performance and market trends.
Requirements, Personality, and Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas and objectives.
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the solar industry and CRM systems.
