Join our Internal Audit team in Sydney, supporting our Risk Management Group and Financial Management Group. This immersive and fast paced role will give you the chance to work with recognised experts in their field both within our Internal Audit division and across the organisation.
This is a 18-month maximum term contract.

What role will you play?
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will contribute to the assessments of the quality and effectiveness of Macquarie’s internal control framework, risk management and governance systems. You will develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Risk Management Group and Financial Management Group and their associated control functions and will work with your team to define audit scope and execute testing.
You will participate in a range of audits and proactively monitor key strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements impacting this area. Using your strong stakeholder engagement skills you will establish an ongoing partnership with the business, technology audit teams and senior management to provide valuable insights and drive positive change.
What you offer

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, Internal Audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
