As Internal Engagement Adviser, you will be a driving creative force, working closely with Executive, Leadership, and the Strategic Communications team to develop and implement internal communications and engagement programs that keep our people connected and reinforce our cultural values.

About the Role

The role is highly creative, with scope and support to innovate. Working as part of the Strategic Communications Team, you will lead and develop engaging communications that connect and inform internal stakeholders, and that support and promote events, campaigns, key projects, and organisational change initiatives. Some examples of business-as-usual responsibilities include content curation and development for the Hub (our all-staff intranet), editing and publishing The Hum (our fortnightly online all-staff newsletter), content creation for internal digital screens, and development of a wide range of other internal comms collateral.

About the Successful Candidate

As the successful candidate, you will have qualifications in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, graphic design, public relations and/or change management. You will be creative, organised, and efficient with proven experience planning and driving multiple internal engagement and change related activities. You will be an exceptional communicator with highly developed stakeholder management skills., and fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud’s suite of design and production tools.
