Global Tech Brand building a new Internal Recruitment Team - multiple 12 month FTC on offer in Sydney. Your new company
Working for a global technology brand experiencing significant growth in Australia. Seeking a number of Internal Recruiters to join their already established talent acquisition team in Sydney on a 12-month FTC basis.
Your new role
- You will be part of a newly established internal recruitment team and play a pivotal part in building a workforce to support large growth plans and service delivery to clients.
- This is a delivery heavy role, in which you will be employing creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates in the market.
- As a full-cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for briefings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening and preparing for interviews, all the way through to offer.
- You will be managing 20 roles at any one time, within your own vertical/business unit (mid-senior level candidates). These roles will be predominantly in the software development space.
- You will be operating in a metric-driven environment, where you will be targeted on your offer accepts.
- Candidate experience is key as you provide a positive impression to all customers, as well as your hiring managers
- •You will be a passionate and energetic recruiter with experience in either agency or internal recruitment. You must be a proactive sourcer who has worked on roles within Tech, Sales or Marketing.
- We are looking for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and a high level of ownership in their work.
- You must be able to work autonomously and think outside the box when it comes to sourcing the best candidates. You will be able to demonstrate previous creative sourcing strategies.
- You MUST be a citizen of Australia, The UK, New Zealand, Canada or America due to security clearances. You must also have full working rights in Australia. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

- Salary is 110 - 130K base + super depending on salary
