You’ll be joining a small, independent regulatory body with a wide range of stakeholders across Australia.
The Role:
You’ll be joining a small Internal Communications team in a busy and happy team. You will be responsible for writing intranet articles, working with stakeholders to develop written pieces, contributing to internal events and supporting photography and design.
This is an initial 6 month non-ongoing opportunity with the view to become permanent, however may be offered via a permanent transfer for current APS employees.
This position may be offered in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.
Role Responsibilities:
- Write, produce, and edit high quality and engaging content that addresses the needs of different audiences and channels including the web/intranet, e-newsletter and/or presentations.
- Translate complex language into engaging content, appropriate for identified audiences and channels.
- Keep abreast and work in accordance with agency and APS-wide editorial policies and guidelines, accepted rules of grammar, style and format.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate internal communication strategies and campaigns
Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this position you must have Internal Communications experience, ideally in a government setting (State or Federal). Experience from the private will be considered.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop is a highly desired skillset, please ensure you highlight this in your resume when applying, if applicable.
