About the Role - Internal Recruitment Advisor Your tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the administration of the recruitment, selection, and orientation processes
- End-to-end Recruitment: Extensive candidate searching, shortlisting and phone screening candidates, interviewing, conducting background checks and finalising offers
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment campaigns
- Create job adverts
About YouTo be successful for this role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in recruitment (end to end or internal)
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work under direction to achieve high quality results.
- Experience in onboarding new staff members.
- Experience screening and interviewing candidates
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods
- Strong computer skills
- Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
- Available to commence immediately and work full-time hours.
