Comfab Products is an Australian owned business that has been manufacturing and distributing to the construction industry for over 33 years.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable Internal Sales Administrator to join our team.
The position is office based and Part Time.
Days and finish times are somewhat flexible; this role would suit school pick up hours.
Essentials: minimum of 3 days per week, Monday and Friday required, 8.00am start time.
Following training, your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service and tailored product solutions to our existing customer base and managing customer interactions end to end; including processing orders and quotations. You will be a problem solver and an all-rounder who can assist with a range of duties.
As the Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone and email sales enquiries in a timely manner
- Order entry and invoicing using MYOB
- Preparing quotations
- Assisting with purchasing of stock and consumables
- Supporting the Managing Director and sales team as required
- Working alongside the warehouse and manufacturing team to ensure timely supply and delivery of orders
- Conducting day to day general administrative tasks
- Assisting with lead generation and updating our CRM system (BCI)
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills
- Data/order entry experience - Attention to detail is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. MYOB experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Motivated self-starter
- The ability to multi task in a busy environment
- A can-do attitude
