The Role:
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding team of Sales Representatives, covering the state of NSW. While primarily based at our Kilsyth South headquarters, this role involves travel (1 week per month) within NSW to meet new clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Secure New Business: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the NSW territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and understanding of their evolving needs.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on solutions-based selling.
- Travel and Territory Management: Manage a set calendar cycle requiring extensive travel within NSW, including stays of up to a week.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or area management. Experience in the steel industry is advantageous, but not required as full training will be provided.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored solutions.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
- License and Mobility: Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
