Required Internal Sales Coordinator for Mining Contractor
My client is recognised for design and manufacture of systems that “Total Material Control” for bulk materials handling operations such as conveying systems, storage, and dust control. They use computer assisted design to assist incorporation of their designs in their client systems.My client is currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator who is customer focused and confident in their own abilities in coordination of the sales teams and driving new opportunities for the business. This role is a full-time office-based opportunity in Malaga where you will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales opportunities by supporting the external sales team in Western Australia.
- Manage the pipeline of open opportunities.
- Coordinate schedules for the sales team.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing materials.
- Maintain CRM records and assist in planning the sales team’s calendar.
- Liaise between Customers, internal departments, and the sales team.
- Oversee opportunities transition from the Internal to the external sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and enter event notes promptly.
- Collaborate to maximize opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide administrative support.
- Experience in sales coordination or Internal Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience in the mining industry is desirable.
