The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Account Managers and procurement operations of the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing templated presentations;
- Supplier coordination;
- Preparing reports on supplier performance;
- Assisting with desktop research into new supplier opportunities;
- Outbound calling to members and suppliers;
- Conducting research to identify new member opportunities; and
- Assisting with marketing activities.
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Experience working within a similar type of position;
- Knowledge of MS Word / Excel and PowerPoint is essential;
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics is highly desirable;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- A resilient attitude is a must.
