What does your new role involve?
As you step into the role of Internal Sales Coordinator within the COEN team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, guiding them seamlessly from initial enquiry to the delivery phase.
Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating logistics and ensuring exceptional service delivery not only across Australia but also internationally.
Your tasks will involve:
- Handling both inbound and outbound communication with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Managing website enquiries, documenting and escalating potential sales opportunities.
- Following up with customers regarding quotations via phone and email.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to coordinate sales orders efficiently.
- Arranging local and national freight for customer orders.
- Documenting all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Generating quotations using our ERP software program, Dear/Cin 7.
- Providing weekly sales forecasts to contribute to sales budget and inventory planning.
- Managing walk-in sales at the showroom.
- Assisting in sample preparation when necessary.
- Targeting specific sectors for growth as per directives.

- Proven proficiency in sales processes and operational protocols.
- The ability to establish rapport with exceptional aptitude for managing relationships
- Technically minded - ability to solve clients' product application and technical issues.
- Outstanding communication skills across various channels: phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Dedication to seeing tasks through to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the customer experience journey.
- Previous experience in sales within the building or industrial sector is highly desirable.
