NOJA Power manufactures and supplies medium voltage switchgear products to over 100 countries globally. The Group operates from the Head Office and Manufacturing facility in Murarrie, Brisbane with Factory and Offices in Brazil, Canada, UK & USA.
We are seeking applications for the position of Internal Sales Support Coordinator for our Manufacturing facility in Murarrie, Brisbane.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Business development Managers to process Domestic and International Sales orders;
- Prepare Order Confirmation and Price calculation via SAP B1 system;
- Prepare shipping documents including Commercial invoices and Packing lists via SAP system;
- Letter of Credits payment claims;
- Coordinate domestic and international freight with freight agents;
- Liaise and update the customers regularly on deliveries;
- Work closely with the sales team, production team and warehouse team to manage the execution and delivery of the Sales Orders.
To be successful in the role, you should possess:
- Administration and International logistics experience
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Team engagement
