A vacancy exists within our Perth, WA Office for an energetic and experienced Internal Sales Engineer with a measured sales success and track record, to join our dynamic sales team.
About the role
Join part of our busy team in Perth reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This full time, permanent role located in the Malaga area is an Internal Sales position that requires suitable engineering qualifications and proven experience to promote our extensive product range.
Key duties include:
- Application/selection of suitable pumping solutions
- Technical and After Sales support
- Managing spare part requirements
- Telephone Enquiries
- Working closely with and supporting external Sales staff
- Some stores work, including using a forklift to load/unload trucks
About You
Your skills and experience would include:
- Engineering or trade qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with pumps and the pump industry
- Customer focus and an ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to streamline internal communications
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated with the ability to plan, schedule and manage time efficiently
- Physically fit and healthy
- Have the commitment to adhere to the companies Quality and WHSE policies and procedures
- Be open to work overtime as required
- Current forklift license (or we will arrange a course for you)
