About the role
You will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls / emails within our Internal Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager.
You will be selling High Performance Metals used in various industries to an existing customer base as well as building and creating new accounts .
You will also deal closely with our External Sales team to ensure maximum customer service is delivered.
What you would be doing
The main duties in your role will include but not limited to:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Analyze existing/potential customer needs.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints.

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
