My client is a leading supplier of high-quality Bearings and Power Transmission products, serving a diverse range of industries, including industrial, manufacturing, automotive, and agriculture. Having been in business for over 20 years, the company has had significant growth year on year and have opened new branches all across Sydney. As part of their commitment to growth and excellence and due to constant growth within the Sydney and NSW market, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team.

Position Overview: 

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales and customer support operations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their valued clients while actively promoting and selling their comprehensive range of bearing and Power Transmission solutions. Your passion for customer satisfaction and your technical knowledge of the products will make you a key asset to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop leads through market research and customer interactions.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the products to clients.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar sales role within the bearing and Power Transmission industry.
• Knowledge of bearings, Power Transmission products, and related applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Base salary $80k - $90k (negotiable based on experience)
• Super 11%
