With a successful and growing team based at offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, the business has a strong reputation for supplying high-quality products and services to the Water, Waste Water & civil infrastructure industries.
As part of our strategy for continued growth, we are seeking an experienced & dynamic Internal Product Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane.
This is a key specialist and technical role in the business championing key products, brands, and agencies that Hygrade represents. You will be the key internal person for all technical support to customers and the wider business on specialist products.
Prior valve & Actuation knowledge & major project delivery experience throughout these markets or industries within Australia will be seen as an advantage for this role.
Key Areas of Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
- Provide customers with excellent sales service
- High level of technical competence and the ability to understand schematics, assembly and design drawings
- Provide sales & technical support for the external team
- Prepare quotes, Tenders and be able to understand basic contract terms
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics manufacturing and distribution
- Work with Product Managers & Suppliers to maximise sales & margin opportunities

- Experience and Proven Success in Sales within the water/Civil infrastructure/Pump Stations
- Team orientated
- Valve & Actuation Experience and or mechanically minded
