The team at CNW Electrical North Wollongong are seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic Internal Sales Representative person with Electrical Experience to join our team.
We take pride in providing top quality electrical products coupled with exceptional customer service to our clients. We value innovation and professionalism in our approach to work. Building strong relationships with not only customers, but also within the office is the key to great success.
The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with a great work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team, while also sharing their own education and experience.
Your duties would include but would not be limited to:
- Counter sales, servicing domestic and industrial contractors.
- Processing & follow up of customers order, quotes and telephone enquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
- Assisting Managers with sales related inquiries.
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to an existing customer base.
- Opportunity to participate in a Certificate III or Traineeship of a relevant qualification.
Skills required for this job would include:
- Excellent work ethic.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Electrical wholesale or supply chain experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Computer literacy.
- Driver’s licence.
