Internal Sales Representative

My client is a highly reputable and trusted national glass company that designs and manufactures its products. Their products range across Australia for commercial, residential, and architectural projects. They are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team on the Gold Coast, Queensland

They are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Showroom Consultant to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection of our high-quality glass, window, and door products. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
• Provide product information and advice to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best product solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.
• Perform administrative tasks such as entering orders and maintaining customer records.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or showroom environment.
• Knowledge of building materials (Glass, windows, doors, timber, flooring etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 20kg.
