Are you passionate about sales and the customer experience and want to be part of a dynamic team taking our business to the next level?Tyremax is a leading tyre wholesaler with national distribution and well-established quality brands, and we are in pursuit of a results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our Sales team based at our Townsville branch.Reporting to the Branch Manager, you must be able to work to deadlines, be organised, have a strong passion for sales and be customer centric.Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales and following up on previous inquiries or quotes
• Responding to all customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner
• Receiving inbound calls from both internal and external customers regarding sales or inquiries
• Accurately processing & keying in sales orders and quotes
• Providing support and information to the field sales team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent rapport building, with proven experience in sales and customer service
• The skills to up sell and cross sell at every opportunity
• A 'can do' attitude and the ability to work under pressure
• A friendly phone manner and strong communicator
