The PositionDue to strong growth of the business, a new position of Inside Sales Representative has become available in their Sydney branch. This office-based role will join an existing team that services clients nationally.
Responsibilities will include:- Responding to phone & email customer enquiries
- Provide quotes to clients
- Proactively contact customers from a data base + provide service to walk in customers
- Provide technical assistance and price negotiation
- General sales administration
- Work closely with the external Sales Consultants
- Raising purchase orders, entering sales into CRM
- Managing & ordering stock

The CandidateWe're willing to consider candidates from a wide range of backgrounds for this role. Ideally however you'll be a natural team player with a desire to grow your professional career.You'll need to display the following criteria:
- Proven INTERNAL SALES or sales coordinator experience
- Internal sales experience from within the Industrial or Construction industry would be highly beneficial
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a sales environment - achieve KPI's and earn commissions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong internal and external relationships
- Computer literacy
