My client is a prestigious global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of premium electrical products, catering to a wide range of industries across Australia. With a strong national presence and a recent internal promotion, they are seeking a talented individual to join their highly successful team as an internal sales Customer Service representative.
The Role
As an integral part of the team, you will take charge of the internal sales function, managing a diverse portfolio of top-quality products. You will provide exceptional Customer Service and support to both external clients and internal sales staff, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Execute internal sales strategies for a wide range of specialized products
Efficiently process and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and inquiries
Foster and nurture customer relationships, strengthening key accounts
Ensure timely delivery of customer orders as promised
Proactively engage with customers over the phone, identifying upselling opportunities
Skills & Experience Needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Proactive and quick learner, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable initiating outbound calls to warm leads and past customers, driving sales interest
Experience in the electrical industry is advantageous
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $58,000 to $70,000 per annum, with additional superannuation
Achievable commission structure, offering the potential to earn substantially more
