Government Experience Highly RegardedAbout the role:As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a pilot program for a technology-facilitated family, domestic, and sexual violence support service. Your work will have a meaningful impact on the lives of victim-survivors of technology-facilitated abuse, as well as the frontline workers who support them.

Job Overview

As a Program Manager within the Federal Government, you will oversee the development and implementation of the pilot. This includes managing interdependent workstreams and collaborating closely with business area leads and subject matter experts. You’ll be hands-on in leading the technical delivery stream, while also coordinating policy, legal, communications, and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the program’s delivery, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to drive the initiative forward and achieve stated deliverables.
• Lead the technical stream, including solution scoping, architecture/design, and technical implementation.
• Work closely with the CIO/CTO and vendors.
• Develop and own a master schedule and budget, tracking delivery progress and managing associated business streams.
• Convene steering committees and working groups to ensure effective governance and oversight.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering large-scale, high-profile initiatives.
• Strong technical background, with experience delivering programs of work including substantial technical components e.g., shared services, architecture, data, migration, security (including Azure and Dynamics) and producing technical advice and resources.
• Experience with security, privacy and information management principles
• Experience with work management software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
