About the role
Working closely with the National Manager, Talent Solutions, the International Sourcing Specialist will coordinate the following:
- Identify and manage opportunities to attract talent to Calvary from international markets
- Coordinate visa processes with Calvary's migration agent for both internal and external candidates
- Support compliance with Australian immigration law
- Assist with the development of an onboarding strategy for international candidates, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and site
About you
- Experience sourcing talent in international markets, ideally in a health or related sector
- Strong understanding of sponsorship and immigration requirements
- Must have a clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle and on boarding processes, including drafting of employment contracts
- Highly-developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
