International Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer

As the International Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer, you will assist in developing and implementing onshore and offshore marketing plans to recruit International Students from within Australia and through joint partnerships from offshore.

Specifically, you will:

• Identify prospective leads and work to bring key partnerships to maturity.
• To develop new processes and procedures for International Student Recruitment.
• Work at developing a core calendar of events, career expos and social media forums to maximise brand awareness.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Bilingual/Multilingual (Highly desirable) 
• Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders, both local onshore/ offshore education agents.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and meet sales and marketing KPIs.
• Ability to be able to travel overseas when and where required (Valid passport)
• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar.
• Flexibility and adaptability in servicing the needs of diverse markets.
• Ability to work in a team environment and to be receptive to change.
• Knowledge of International Student Recruitment markets, especially SSVF processing regulations, including an understanding of admissions issues, market trends and how to promote vocational education.
• Strong computer skills in managing a CRM system and various databases.

Critical Industry Experience/ Criteria

• Minimum of 1-year prior experience in the education sector in a similar role.
• You must have working rights in Australia and at least two calendar years remaining on a current visa to be eligible.
• Sponsorship is an option; for the right candidate once performance and conduct objectives are demonstrated.
• Proven ability to demonstrate having met prior sales and marketing targets and KPIs.
• High level of social media engagement and the ability to develop marketing materials and brochures.

The total Package Range is $70,000 - $80,000 (base salary + super + incentive).
