This role will be crucial in coordinating project specific duties such as rolling out the new Tesla Warehouse Management System within Energy Warehouses, raising purchase orders, invoicing, local vendor management, as well as performing essential administrative duties to ensure smooth project operation.  You will work closely with internal and external teams. Helping support the new warehousing expansions is a key focus of this position. What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain documentation including project plans, timelines, and progress reports
• Track and manage deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Onboard new vendors and create purchase orders as required to support warehouse operations
• Set and manage priorities to maintain smooth and continuous warehouse operations
• Utilize warehouse management systems and understand global supply chain processes
• Identify and escalate process failures to leadership for prompt resolution
• Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Manage invoicing, maintain accurate records, handle communication and coordination tasks between teams, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the preparation of reports and documentation for various projects What You’ll Bring
• Degree or pursuing a degree in Logistics & Supply chain management is beneficial but not required 
• Experience in a project coordination role, particularly in new warehouse setups
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to foresee and mitigate potential issues
• Knowledge of both local and international logistics
• Strong organizational skills & proven ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Some travel will be required
