- Assist in the preparation of end of year financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Support financial projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency
- Assist with the monthly management and board reporting including journals, adjustments, reconciliations
- Provide financial accounting analysis to ensure the accurate recording of costs and provision of useful information for strategic decision-making
- Assist with the preparation of year-end journals, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Involvement with external auditors to ensure appropriate accounting treatment is applied to financials and resolve queries
- Assist with bookkeeping in accounting software like Xero, Myob, QBO, Saasu and also tax compliance for Australia.
- Involvement with project and fixed asset reporting and forecasts, including liaising with other Groups to ensure appropriate information is received
- Assist with identifying and implementing automation / process improvements to continue to modernise the finance function
