AddressLion Industries Pty Ltd in Wallan – VIC is looking for an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator, who can take initiative themselves and handle all queries from superiors and their customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this busy role.
To be considered for this role you must have:
• AQF Associate Diploma/Advance Diploma, or higher qualification.
• At least three year of relevant experience in industry in similar position to substitute the formal qualification.
• You must be Australian Citizen/Permanent resident or have proper working rights in Australia.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Project Manager in delivering multiple projects according to the deliverables from commencement to completion and handover.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Oversee onsite activities, liaising with tradespeople, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including Client, subcontractors, and vendors/suppliers to know the progress of various projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, data entry, minute-taking, and support with compilation of management reports.
• Onsite Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities associated with project works.
• Coordinate with assistants or subcontractors for procurement of materials, equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of stocks to keep projects on track.
• Responsible for liaising with subcontractors, councils, and local authorities.
• Solid understanding of permits, and local council requirements in relation to construction.
• Monitoring compliance to contract requirements.
Other Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working with local council, approving permits.
Salary: $70,000-$80,000+Super
