We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our team to support our growing business.
Your role will work within the inventory department at our main offices.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Identifying backorders for upcoming containers
- Co-ordinate transfers between branches
- Updating inventory data within ERP system
- Working within inventory spreadsheets and maintain data
- Assist with low stock and backorder reporting
- Data entry as required
- Provide support to inventory project administrator.
- Work within the inventory team.
Qualifications and experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills that support a professional and customer-focused approach.
- An ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work with a wide range of individuals and project stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to analyse information.
- Previous inventory experience an advantage
